RKTPL’s Search and Rescue and Public Safety Security System supports rescue teams during emergency operations. It provides first responders a mobile, agile, flexible and field-configurable system that can reduce the time to assist individuals in distress.
This system detects and locates cellphone devices (GSM/UMTS/LTE) carried by missing or affected individuals and can also establish communications and send/receive SMS and IP data for personnel accountability and emergency notification purposes. Furthermore, individual cellular devices can be included or excluded from the SAR network in order to focus on only the devices and individuals
that are of interest.
