4x40W TDD Base Station

This is an advanced two-carrier outdoor eNodeB (eNB) compliant with 3GPP LTE TDD and hardware-ready for New Radio (NR) 5G technology. This 4x40 W eNB operates in Carrier Aggregation (CA) mode or Dual Carrier (DC) mode.

This is an advanced two-carrier, outdoor LTE base station utilizing Bands 40/41/42 and 4x40W of power to provide excellent Non-Line-of-Sight high speed broadband coverage. Uniquely positioned, this eNodeB (eNB) can leverage the benefits of Dual-Carrier or Carrier Aggregation technologies to help operators improve capacity and performance across their networks. Then, when the time is right, upgrade this base station into a 5G radio with a simple software update and take full advantage of the 100MHz channel bandwidth provided by NR mode.

In CA mode, it supports 2CC (2 Component Carriers) DL/UL CA. 2CC DL/UL CA doubles DL/UL peak throughput compared to a single carrier by aggregating two separate spectrum resources into a virtual contiguous spectrum resource.

In DC mode, each carrier is treated as an independent cell, supporting 512+512 users, with each cell supporting 5, 10, 15, 20, or 100 MHz (for NR only) bandwidth. Using this in DC mode simplifies and streamlines the deployment of split sectors. 

In addition, an embedded EPC option is available as part of the base software.This product has a standard one-year warranty; an extended warranty is available.
